XReality Group (XRG) presented at the Henslow Defence Conference, showcasing its leadership in immersive Extended Reality (XR) solutions for defence and law enforcement. Key highlights include a record Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $7.4 million and 108 global customers as of April EoM FY26. The company reported total revenue of $16.0 million YTD at an 84% gross margin. XRG completed its first commercial Mixed Reality (MR-1) sale to a US Department of Defense (DoD) customer in April 2026, and secured its first European contract with the Swedish Armed Forces on 20 May 2026. XRG's growth strategy focuses on scaling its Operator XR platform globally and expanding its international distribution network. The company is also pursuing larger defence contracts through the Australian DoD Global Supply Chain Program and prime contractor relationships.

Operator XR is expected to drive cash flow growth, supported by the entertainment segment. Growth is anticipated from US market penetration and commercialisation of new products.
