- Quality of scan data unaffected by flight conditions
- Supports progression to production units
- Received final $400,000 milestone payment
EMVision Medical Devices Ltd announced the successful completion of a feasibility and usability study for its First Responder Brain Scanner in aeromedical settings, conducted in collaboration with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), Australian Stroke Alliance (ASA), and South Australian Ambulance Service (SAAS). The study demonstrated the device's effectiveness across various environments, received positive feedback from operators and patients, and showed that flight conditions did not affect the quality of scan data. The results support the progression to production units and regulatory clearance. EMVision also received the final $400,000 non-dilutive milestone payment under its Australian Stroke Alliance Project Agreement.
The successful study results position EMVision to advance its First Responder Brain Scanner towards commercialization and regulatory approval.
