Element 25 Limited has executed long-term Mining Services and Ore Haulage Services Agreements with ReGroup Australia Pty Ltd for its Butcherbird Mine in Western Australia. These contracts are crucial for the Butcherbird Expansion Project (BBX) in the Pilbara region, aiming to increase manganese concentrate production to 1.1 million tonnes per annum. The integrated contractor model is expected to optimize productivity, reduce operating costs, and minimize interface risk. The contracts include a performance framework with KPIs and continuous improvement obligations. Other major contracts for BBX, including offtake agreements, are nearing finalization. The project is on track for mechanical completion and commissioning in Q1 CY2027.
