Superloop Limited (ASX: SLC) has completed the acquisition of 100% of Lynham Networks Pty Ltd, the parent company of Lightning Broadband, for $165 million in cash. The acquisition, which was executed on 18 February 2026, is expected to accelerate Superloop's Smart Communities strategy and scale its position as a national Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) challenger. Lynham Networks operates an open-access wholesale FTTP network across more than 400 Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Single-Dwelling Unit (SDU) developments, supported by Statutory Infrastructure Provider (SIP) status under Australian telecommunications legislation. The acquisition was funded from existing cash and Superloop's debt facilities, with net debt expected to remain low at approximately 1.4x EBITDA following completion.
