Ventia Services Group Limited (ASX: VNT) has secured a five-year extension to manage and operate the Australian Marine Complex-Common User Facility (AMC-CUF) in Henderson, Western Australia, valued at approximately $133 million. The extension will commence in July 2027, following the current term. Ventia has operated the AMC-CUF on behalf of the Western Australian State Government since mid-2022. The facility is developing into a key national hub for shipbuilding and maritime sustainment, supporting both large scale industry and Australiaʼs sovereign Defence capability. This contract extension reinforces Ventiaʼs role in managing critical common-use infrastructure and positions Ventia to support both the Western Australian Governmentʼs strategic infrastructure priorities and the Commonwealthʼs long-term Defence objectives at Henderson, including future growth opportunities aligned to the precinctʼs development.
