- New high-grade Miniboom Lode discovered with 232m @ 1.3% CuEq
- Intersection includes 65m @ 2.9% CuEq from 25m depth
- Discovery located near planned Mount Hope Central open pit
- Additional drilling planned to assess significance

Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB) announced a significant new high-grade Miniboom Lode discovery at the Mount Hope Central within the Greater Duchess Copper Gold Project in Queensland. The vertical RC drill hole MHWB007, primarily targeted as a water bore, intersected 232 meters at 1.3% CuEq from surface, including a notable 65 meters at 2.9% CuEq from 25 meters. The Miniboom Lode appears to form in a new dilational bend in the Boomerang Lode structure, with a likely limited strike extent of less than 70 meters. The discovery is ideally located given its proximity to the planned Mount Hope Central Ore Reserve open pit. Further drilling is underway to understand the significance of this discovery. Carnaby remains on track to complete the Feasibility Study mid-year prior to FID and targeted first ore production in H2 2026 from the Greater Duchess Project.
