DXN Ltd, a prefabricated modular data centre specialist, has signed a binding contract with a US-based neo-cloud operator for an A$8.8M AI High Performance Computing (HPC) Modular Data Centre. The contract involves the design, engineering, manufacture, and delivery of a 1.36 MW AI HPC Modular Data Centre. The contract is structured as a pilot proof-of-concept deployment with the potential for a larger campus programme. DXN projects the cumulative follow-on revenue opportunity with this customer to be in excess of USD$200 million in the next 1-2 years. Manufacturing will commence immediately, with on-site commissioning at the customer's US mainland facility expected within approximately 6 months of contract signing.
