  • Mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth
Full Summary

Nexus Minerals Ltd has announced strong initial reverse circulation (RC) drilling results from the Payns Prospect at the Wallbrook Gold Project in Western Australia. The results from 30 RC holes covering 2,224 meters indicate broad, near-surface gold mineralization up to 19.00g/t Au, following the first tranche of high-grade results from the Clement Prospect. The Payns Prospect is located approximately 4km northwest of the Crusader-Templar Mineral Resource and 500m west of the Branches discovery. The current RC drilling aims to infill between existing intersections, test near-surface lodes, and assess deeper mineralisation. The program is on track for completion in July, with assay results expected through August. The results confirm broad, near-surface mineralization with an emerging higher-grade core and remain open along strike and at depth, supporting potential for both lateral and vertical growth. The geological setting is dominated by felsic to intermediate volcanic and volcaniclastic units, intruded by hematite-altered porphyries. Independent consulting geologist Mr Jeremy Clark has been engaged to deliver the updated Wallbrook Mineral Resource Estimate, targeted for completion by the end of the September quarter.

Outlook

The drilling program remains on track for completion in July, with assay results expected through August. An updated Wallbrook Mineral Resource Estimate is planned for the September quarter.
