Nordic Nickel Ltd has announced significant drill results from the Kiimala Trend project in Finland, particularly from the Angesneva gold deposit. Two new drill holes have returned strong gold-copper-silver intersections, extending the mineralisation zone to the north of the existing resource boundary. The in-fill hole confirmed historical results and significant copper and silver grades, while the step-out hole indicated stronger mineralisation outside the current resource. The company plans to update the Angesneva resource later in 2026, incorporating the new results and re-assaying historical core. The drill rig will then move to continue step-out drilling at the nearby Kopsa gold-copper deposit.
The company plans to update the Angesneva resource later in 2026, incorporating new drill results and re-assaying historical core. Further drilling at Angesneva and Kopsa is also planned.
