Horizon Oil Limited has announced that it now holds a relevant interest of 52.21% in Cue Energy Resources Limited, surpassing the minimum acceptance condition of 50.1%. The offer consideration, consisting of A$0.008 cash and 0.5625 Horizon shares per Cue share, has been declared final and will not be increased unless a competing proposal emerges. Eligible Cue shareholders will receive this consideration. All regulatory approval conditions and other conditions have been satisfied. The offer is scheduled to close at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, June 19, 2026, unless extended or withdrawn. Horizon encourages Cue shareholders to accept the offer without delay as no competing or superior proposal has been identified.
