Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX: FRS) has released an updated JORC Compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for the Lady Lyla deposit at the Company's Forrestania Gold Hub. The new estimate totals 922,000 tonnes at 1.41 g/t Au for 41,700 oz Au at a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off, reflecting a 2% uplift from the previous estimate and a 37% increase in the head grade. The resource update was supported by a recent 63-hole drilling program totaling 8,379 metres, including a diamond core tail program of 12 holes (1,317 metres). The update includes a maiden Indicated MRE of 478,000 tonnes @ 1.66 g/t Au for 25,500 oz, representing 61% of the total MRE. Significant high-grade intersections include 20 metres @ 2.35 g/t gold from 26 metres and 14 metres @ 1.16 g/t gold from 80 metres. The Company plans to continue drilling programs and further define the orebody with future programs. Forrestania remains diligent in its exploration efforts and continues to leverage the extensive regional infrastructure to build scale across the Forrestania Hub.
