Norfolk Metals Ltd has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Ciclón Copper Project in Chile for a total consideration of USD $50 million. The acquisition includes USD $45 million in cash and USD $5 million in Norfolk shares. The Ciclón Copper Project, located in the Domeyko Cordillera, is an advanced copper project with a foreign mineral resource estimate of 10.1 million tonnes at 2.97% copper equivalent.
