Horizon Oil Limited has issued an update on its off-market takeover bid for Cue Energy Resources Limited. The bid, which was initially lodged on 19 March 2026, has been supplemented twice since then. Horizon has now freed the bid from most conditions, except for one condition outlined in Appendix 2 of the Bidder's Statement. As of the announcement date, Horizon Oil holds 52.46% of Cue Energy's shares, which amounts to 368,216,244 shares out of a total of 701,937,414 shares issued.

Horizon Oil Limited continues to pursue its bid for Cue Energy Resources Limited, with most conditions removed except for one.
