Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited, acting on behalf of Frasers Group plc, has announced an on-market takeover bid for Accent Group Limited. The offer price is A$0.65 per share, and the bid period will run from June 30 to July 30, 2026. The offer is conditional and may be extended or withdrawn in accordance with the Corporations Act. Frasers Group plc already holds approximately 22.9% of Accent Group Limited's shares. A Bidder's Statement will be provided to shareholders prior to the commencement of the offer period.
