Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) and Monash IVF Group (ASX: MVF) have entered into a 12-month exclusive national supply agreement for the Felix System in Australia. This agreement follows a successful clinical trial conducted by Monash IVF, which concluded in 2025, and reflects a long-term collaboration between the two companies. The agreement involves the supply of Felix System cartridges and consoles across Monash IVF's network of 22 clinics in Australia. The commercial terms are confidential, but the agreement is expected to support significant revenue generation and establish a pathway for future expansion. The initial three-month rollout phase will commence immediately, with the full 12-month term beginning upon successful completion.

Memphasys expects to secure additional contracts, expanding its international presence and accelerating the global rollout of Felix.
