Dimerix Licenses DMX200 to Everest for China and Asia Region

Dimerix Limited has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Everest Medicines for the commercialization of DMX-200, a Phase 3 drug candidate for the treatment of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), in Greater China, South Korea, and certain Southeast Asian countries. Dimerix retains rights to DMX-200 in all other territories. DMX-200 is a CCR2 inhibitor being studied in the ACTION3 Phase 3 trial, which has fully recruited 333 patients, including those in the licensed territories. Everest will leverage its expertise to register and commercialize DMX-200, aiming to offer a new therapy to patients in these regions. Dimerix is eligible to receive an upfront payment of US$10 million and potential milestone payments up to US$330 million, along with royalties on net sales.
