Terra Metals Announces Significant Sulfide Mineralisation at Southwest
Key Points
  • Infill drilling confirms high-grade PGM-Cu-Ni-Co sulfide mineralisation in Southwest corridor
  • SWRC058: 20 m @ 2.12 g/t PGE3, 0.16% Cu, 0.13% Ni
  • SWRC033: 22 m @ 1.21 g/t PGE3, 0.12% Cu
  • Southwest Sulfide Zone extends over 950 m of strike, open along strike and at depth
  • Southwest represents a new mineralised corridor outside existing 148Mt Dante Mineral Resource
Full Summary

Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) reports promising assay results from infill drilling at the Southwest Discovery corridor in the Dante Project, Western Australia. The latest drillholes, SWRC058 and SWRC033, confirm the continuity of high-grade Platinum Group Metal (PGM) - Copper-Nickel-Cobalt (Cu-Ni-Co) sulfide mineralisation. SWRC058 intersected 20 m @ 2.12 g/t PGE3, 0.16% Cu, and 0.13% Ni from 85 m, including a high-grade interval of 2 m @ 9.74 g/t PGE3, 0.19% Cu, and 0.14% Ni. SWRC033 returned 22 m @ 1.21 g/t PGE3, 0.12% Cu from 66 m, including a cobalt-rich interval of 5 m @ 1,155 ppm Co, 0.28% Cu, and 0.23% Ni. These results strengthen the evidence that Southwest may form a large-scale magmatic sulfide system, extending over more than 950 m of strike and remaining open along strike and at depth. Terra Metals aims to define a maiden Southwest Mineral Resource Estimate later in H2 2026.

Outlook

Terra Metals expects to continue drilling to expand the Southwest mineralised system, aiming to report a maiden Southwest Mineral Resource Estimate in H2 2026.
