Etherstack plc is pleased to announce that its North American subsidiary, Etherstack Inc., has signed a follow-on US$0.83 million deal to supply further digital radio communications technology to a North American channel partner, Daniels Electronics Ltd, a subsidiary of Codan Limited. The hardware components of the equipment to be supplied are manufactured by Etherstack in Australia. This latest order follows on from the previous US$2.3 million deal announced in December 2023. Etherstack management expects this follow-on revenue to be fully recognized in the current financial year ending 31 December 2026. Equipment sales of this type typically provide for additional scope for long-term support revenues associated with this type of mission-critical network communications equipment. Additionally, management expects the first-half revenue (ending 30 June 2026) to meet or exceed the previously provided guidance (28 April 2026). An update will follow post the end of the half-year period.
