Stockland Announces 2H26 Estimated Distribution and DRP Update
- Estimated distribution for 2H26 is 16.2 cents per Ordinary Stapled Security

Stockland (ASX:SGP) announced an estimated distribution for the six months to 30 June 2026 (2H26) of 16.2 cents per Ordinary Stapled Security, equating to a full year distribution payment of 25.2 cents per Ordinary Stapled Security. The Record Date for determining entitlement to the 2H26 distribution is Tuesday, 30 June 2026, and the distribution payment will be made on Monday, 31 August 2026. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will not operate for the 2H26 distribution. Securityholders who have an existing standing election to participate in the DRP will not have that election applied to this distribution. No action is required from those securityholders. Stockland's full year financial results and Appendix 4E will be announced on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.
