Narryer Metals Ltd, through its subsidiary PTR Minerals Ltd, has announced the Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for its Rosewood Titanium Project located in the northern Gawler Craton of South Australia. The Rosewood MRE comprises 463 million tonnes at 8.8% Heavy Minerals (HM) containing 40.6 million tonnes of HM, using a 3% HM cut-off. The MRE includes the high-grade Rosewood East Deposit, which contains 294 million tonnes at 9.7% HM. The deposit is characterized by its coarse grain size and rich mineralogy, with 93% Valuable HM dominated by high-quality leucoxene. The deposit is located within a single, large, coherent and shallow deposit, making it amenable to conventional open pit mining. The high-grade nature of the resource provides optionality for mine sequence design to maximize early cashflow. Exploration potential remains for extensions at Rosewood and the discovery of new high-grade systems within the wider Muckanippie Project area.
