Anson Resources Ltd. has announced the appointment of Baker Hughes to undertake the wellfield engineering program for its Green River Lithium Project in Utah, USA. This appointment signifies a crucial step in the project's advancement towards commercial production. Baker Hughes will complete a two-phase engineering program that integrates geological and reservoir modeling with detailed wellfield design, production and injection strategies, artificial lift selection, pipeline gathering systems, power requirements, and execution planning. The program aims to optimize the production and reinjection wellfield design, incorporating data from Anson's ongoing exploration and appraisal activities. The collaboration with Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company, is expected to de-risk a critical component of the project and support Anson's goal of becoming a significant supplier of lithium carbonate to the North American battery supply chain.
