Credit Clear Limited (ASX: CCR) announced that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has initiated legal proceedings against its subsidiaries, ARMA Group Holdings Pty Ltd and Force Legal Pty Ltd, for alleged contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law. The proceedings cover debt collection communications sent to certain consumers from 6 February 2022 to 26 September 2025. Credit Clear, ARMA, and Force Legal deny the allegations and intend to defend the proceedings. They have cooperated with the ACCC throughout the investigation and will continue to engage constructively through the Court process.
