Aurora Labs Ltd (ASX: A3D) has delivered AU4 micro gas turbine propulsion systems to Sovereign Propulsion Systems (SPS), marking the first delivery to a commercial customer. The AU4 systems are supplied under a $250,000 purchase order for 20 units. SPS will integrate the AU4 systems onto a flight platform for real-world evaluation, generating detailed performance data across various operating conditions. This flight-test program supports Aurora's propulsion technology validation and integration readiness, aligning with their broader commercialization strategy for UAV, autonomous systems, and attritable defense markets.
