Boadicea Resources Ltd. (ASX: BOA) has announced the acquisition of 100% of Core Value Australia NL (CVA), resulting in 100% ownership of the Thaduna and Green Dragon copper deposits in the Neds Creek Project, Western Australia. This acquisition consolidates BOA's copper assets in the region and includes granted Mining Leases. The combined Mineral Resource Estimate for Thaduna and Green Dragon is 5.3Mt @ 2.3% Cu, totaling 121kt contained Cu. The transaction is expected to strengthen BOA's copper strategy, leveraging supportive copper market conditions. BOA's cash position of approximately $3.2 million supports the transaction and the planned drilling program, set to commence in late July. Upon completion, CVA principal Adrian Griffin will join the BOA Board as a Non-Executive Director.
