Orion Minerals Limited has reported high-grade assay results from the Okiep Copper Project, confirming the down-dip continuity of a high-grade copper zone at Flat Mine East. The latest intercept of 3.96 meters at 4.64% copper, including 0.95 meters at 14.19% copper, extends the geological model and highlights the potential for significant grade and tonnage upside. The mineralised interval consists primarily of blebby to disseminated bornite and chalcopyrite in norite. These results follow previously reported high-grade intercepts, further extending the deposit and enhancing the company's understanding of the structural controls to mineralised mafic units. Orion's Managing Director and CEO, Tony Lennox, commented on the potential of the Flat Mines area as a cornerstone of the company's broader development strategy.

The company expects the current results to inform the next phase of the resource optimisation drilling program, with potential for further high-impact exploration drilling.
