MLG Oz awarded A$70M open pit mining contract by Develop Contract to ensure Pioneer Dome production in Dec-26 High-grade lithium assays highlight potential for increased resource grade

Develop Global Limited has awarded MLG Oz Limited a A$70 million contract for open pit mining and crushing services at its Pioneer Dome lithium project in Western Australia. The contract, one of the major steps towards production, is expected to ensure Pioneer Dome is on track for production in the December quarter of 2026. The scope of the contract includes drill and blast, load and haul, crushing and screening, and all other supporting surface activities. MLG was selected following a competitive tender process, with its Kalgoorlie headquarters, significant regional workforce, and maintenance facilities close to Pioneer Dome underpinning its selection. Assay results from the 20,000m drilling program completed in May 2026 have been extremely encouraging, highlighting high-grade lithium mineralisation and low impurities throughout both the planned open pit and underground mine.
