Key developments include the commencement of dismantling the DeGrussa Processing Plant, completion of site access roads and the processing plant pad, and the clearing of ROM Pad, Tailings Storage Facility, and Haul Road corridors ahead of schedule. Construction of the Evaporation Pond is on track. The Project Delivery Plan has been expanded to include an updated Ore Reserve and Mine Life Optimisation, reflecting sustained higher silver prices. Boab expects first production in H2 2027.
