IperionX Completes Acquisition of Camden Critical Minerals Assets
- Acquisition delivers ultra-high-grade critical mineral stockpiles
- Potential to accelerate U.S. supply chain for titanium, zircon, and rare earths
- Pre-stripped Lower McNairy mineralization offers rapid access to high-grade minerals
IperionX Ltd. has successfully completed the acquisition of the Camden critical mineral assets, strategically located adjacent to the Titan Project in Tennessee. The acquisition provides IperionX with ultra-high-grade surface stockpiles enriched in titanium, zircon, and rare earth minerals, offering a 5x to 10x uplift in grades compared to Titan's average. The historical silica sand operations at Camden have pre-processed these critical minerals into surface stockpiles, potentially reducing capital intensity and mining costs. Additionally, Camden's pre-stripped Lower McNairy mineralization offers rapid access to high-grade mineral seams, further enhancing the project's development potential. The acquisition also includes established infrastructure, which could de-risk development timelines and reduce capital expenditure. IperionX plans to accelerate a drilling campaign and metallurgical test work to quantify the mineral resources and optimize recoveries.
IperionX anticipates a formal mineral resource estimate by the end of 2026, followed by detailed metallurgical analysis and commercial engagement with stakeholders.
