Dexus (ASX: DXS) has updated its portfolio valuation as of June 30, 2026, revealing a decrease of approximately $24 million or 0.2% on book values. The office portfolio saw a 0.4% decline due to higher capitalisation and discount rates, partially offset by rental growth. Conversely, the industrial portfolio increased by 0.5%, driven by rental growth and a firmer discount rate. The weighted average capitalisation rate for both office and industrial portfolios expanded by 3 basis points.
