Venus Metals Corporation Limited ('Venus' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the commencement of a RC Drilling program at its Sandstone (Bellchambers) Gold Project Mining Lease (M57/671) (90% Venus). The project area is located approximately 23 km southwest of the town of Sandstone and is 70 km by road northeast of the Youanmi Gold Mine. The planned drill holes aim at converting the Exploration Target to an Inferred Mineral Resource, spaced on 50m sections with two to three holes per section targeting the mineralized zone. Widenbar and Associates ('WAA') has produced an Exploration Target located below the existing Bellchambers Global Resource and to the north of the current Indicated/Inferred Mineral Resource at depth. The Exploration Target has been estimated as: 800,000 to 950,000 tonnes @ 1.75 to 2.00 g/t Au for 45,000 to 60,000 ounces Au. The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Targets are conceptual in nature, and it is uncertain if further exploration drilling will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource.
