Resmed Inc. has announced its decision to sell its MatrixCare business to Frazier Healthcare Partners for $490 million in cash. This strategic move aligns with Resmed's 2030 strategy to focus on high-growth opportunities in sleep health, breathing health, and connected home-based healthcare. The MatrixCare business, which provides software solutions to over 15,000 providers, will continue to operate under Resmed until the transaction closes in Q1 of fiscal year 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Resmed intends to use the net proceeds from the sale to return capital to shareholders and for general corporate purposes.
