Long Term Suspended Entities

• Several entities have been suspended for over three months
• Entities must meet deadlines to avoid removal from ASX
• ASX recommends periodic disclosures for long-term suspended entities

ASX has announced that the securities of various entities have been suspended for more than three months. The announcement lists entities that have failed to lodge periodic reports as required by Listing Rule 17.5. Each entry includes the entity's name, ASX code, outstanding periodic reports, 1-year and 2-year deadlines for lodging reports and resuming trading. If entities fail to meet these deadlines, they will be removed from the official ASX list. ASX advises long-term suspended entities to implement a system of periodic disclosures to update the market on their status and plans for resuming trading.
