ASX announced on 10 July 2026 that several entities have been suspended for more than three months. The announcement lists entities that have failed to lodge required periodic reports, including Half Year Accounts, Full Year Accounts, and Annual Reports. Each entity is provided with a 1-year deadline for lodging the oldest outstanding periodic report and a 2-year deadline to execute plans for trading resumption. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in removal from the official list. ASX recommends that suspended entities implement a system of periodic disclosures to update the market and security holders.
