Inoviq Ltd (ASX:IIQ) has reported its quarterly activities for June 2026, confirming a cash balance of A$9.353m. The company encountered a setback in its clinical study for the EXO-OC test due to unsuitable samples from international biobanks, costing approximately A$850k. Despite this, Inoviq achieved improved diagnostic performance with its optimized EXO-OC algorithm, showing 92.3% sensitivity for stage I/II ovarian cancer and 92.5% sensitivity for all stages. Additionally, the company's CAR-exosomes demonstrated strong in vitro tumor-killing activity, eliminating up to 90% of ovarian cancer cells within 48 hours. Inoviq is progressing with manufacturing readiness and will host an online investor briefing on 14 July 2026 to discuss these developments.
