Full Summary

Rapid Critical Metals Limited (ASX: RCM, RCMO) reports highly encouraging results from an initial rougher flotation testwork program on composite samples from its Webbs and Consol Silver Projects in New South Wales, Australia. The testwork aimed to assess the metallurgical response and establish preliminary recovery and concentrate-grade parameters for silver, lead, zinc, and associated metals. The results demonstrate a strong and consistent metallurgical response, with very high silver and lead recoveries across all composites, and excellent zinc recovery from the higher-grade Consol Master composite. The Consol Master composite returned the strongest overall performance, with silver recovery of 98.7%, lead recovery of 99.3%, and zinc recovery of 93.3%. The Consol Fines composite produced very high-grade silver concentrates (up to 2,051 g/t Ag) with excellent silver and lead recoveries, although zinc recovery was lower. The Webbs Master composite delivered strong lead recovery (>97%) and good silver recovery, consistent with its lower head grades and mass pull. The next steps include cleaner flotation testwork, optimization of grind size, reagent scheme, and depressant conditions, variability testwork across additional composites, and integration of results into ongoing flowsheet development and study work.
