Dorsavi Limited (ASX: DVL) has announced the commencement of the tape-out process for its first RRAM-CMOS validation chip, marking a significant milestone in its 22-nm RRAM development program. The validation chip is designed to generate practical silicon data on RRAM-CMOS integration, array operation, write-and-verify behavior, and Compute-in-Memory functionality. This milestone is crucial as it transitions the chip from final design into physical silicon manufacturing, validating the architecture for standard commercial foundry conditions. The validation chip is expected to inform future optimization of the Company's RRAM platform and support its planned progression toward future 22 nm RRAM-CMOS development.
