Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE) has requested a voluntary suspension of its securities from quotation under Listing Rule 17.2, effective immediately, to finalize a material contract announcement. The suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the company's announcement or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 16 July 2026. The company is not aware of any reasons why the suspension should not be granted.
