Genus Awarded Rio Tinto 220kv Millstream Substation Contract

GenusPlus Group Ltd, an infrastructure construction, maintenance, and services provider, announced it has been awarded a contract by Rio Tinto for the construction of a 220kV Millstream Substation expansion. The contract, valued at approximately $55 million, will see GenusPlus commence work immediately with an estimated completion date of mid-2028. The project, located approximately 80km south of Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, will involve a workforce of around 50 personnel. This contract is a significant addition to GenusPlus' order book and further solidifies its relationship with Rio Tinto.
