Navigator Global Investments Ltd (NGI) reported a 6% increase in ownership-adjusted assets under management (AUM) to USD33.6 billion at the end of June 2026. The increase was driven by both investment performance and net inflows across the portfolio. Lighthouse Partners' AUM increased by 8% to USD20.3 billion, while NGI Strategic's ownership-adjusted AUM rose by 3% to over USD13 billion. NGI Strategic Portfolio's AUM increased by 5% to USD10 billion due to both net inflows and investment performance. Private Markets' AUM decreased by 3% driven by asset realizations at several partner firms. Total Partner Firm AUM increased by 7% to USD104 billion. The acquisition of net revenue share interests in 17 alternative asset managers (NGI Stable Growth Portfolio) closed post period end and will be included from Q1 2027.

Navigator Global Investments Ltd expects continued AUM growth across Lighthouse and NGI Strategic in FY27.

NGI continues to see demand from institutional investors for exposure to alternative asset classes and strategies offered by NGI's Partner Firms.
