PC Gold Settles Acquisition of Camp at Spring Hill

PC Gold Ltd has completed the acquisition of the former Territory Iron accommodation camp in Pine Creek, Northern Territory. The camp, located 30 minutes from the Spring Hill Gold Project, includes 16 accommodation blocks, office facilities, storage infrastructure, and full utility connections. The total purchase consideration is A$770,000 plus GST, comprising A$475,000 in cash and A$295,000 in fully paid ordinary shares. The acquisition is expected to significantly reduce development lead times and capital requirements while supporting ongoing exploration, feasibility, and development activities at Spring Hill.
