Clean TEQ Water Signs Long-Term ATA Polymer Supply Agreement
- Clean TeQ Water has entered into a long-term Polymer Supply Agreement with Broken Hill Operations.
- The agreement covers ongoing supply of ATA polymer reagents and a licence fee for technology use.
- The agreement runs for an initial five-year term and is extendable up to a maximum of 20 years.
Clean TeQ Water Limited has entered into a long-term Polymer Supply Agreement with Broken Hill Operations Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Broken Hill Mines Limited, for the supply of proprietary ATA reagents and the licensing of ATA technology at the Rasp Mine in Broken Hill. The agreement follows the Design and Construct contract for the ATA Tailings Dewatering Plant announced on 15 May 2026. Under the agreement, Clean TeQ Water is appointed as the supplier of the proprietary ATA reagents used by the ATA Tailings Dewatering Plant, and BHO is granted an ongoing licence to operate Clean TeQ Water's proprietary ATA technology at the Rasp Mine. Both the reagent supply revenue and technology licence fee scale with the volume of dry tailings solids processed through the plant. The agreement represents the first long-term recurring revenue stream generated by the ATA technology and a meaningful addition to the Company's recurring revenue base.
