Gorilla Gold Mines Ltd is pleased to report significant new drilling results from its Vivien Gold Project, located 10km west of Leinster in Western Australia. The project has seen a spectacular new high-grade discovery in a previously untested target located approximately 400m north of the historical Vivien underground mine. The discovery was made at the Vince Prospect, with an intercept of 2.1m at 55.4g/t Au from 226.9m in VIVEX012. Multiple additional gold-bearing quartz veins were intersected in VIVEX012, indicating potential for further high-grade vein discoveries along strike. Drilling success continues at the Val Prospect, with intercepts of 4.1m @ 5.3g/t Au from 218.8m in VIVEX016 and 7.1m @ 2.0g/t Au from 300.0m in VIVEX015. The company has also reached an agreement with a subsidiary of Goldfields Ltd to de-water the fully permitted underground mine at Vivien, providing optionality for underground access for drilling, geological mapping, and assessment of redevelopment opportunities.
