Babylon Pump & Power Limited has announced the launch of a non-renounceable rights issue to raise up to A$12.7 million before costs. The issue is priced at A$0.05 per share, representing a 37.5% discount to the 10-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) up to 19 April 2026. The rights issue is structured on the basis of two new shares for every one share held, with a minimum subscription of A$7.27 million partially underwritten by Leeuwin Wealth. The funds raised will be used to recapitalise the company, repay a A$1.2 million debt to NAB, and invest in fleet expansion and asset refurbishment. The Blue Hire business has earned deferred consideration of up to A$5.0 million, which will be paid in shares and cash.
