Sabres Well Advances into Lateral Section

• Intermediate casing set and cemented successfully
• Curve landed in Sycamore Formation as planned
• Drilling progressing through lateral section towards target depth

Brookside Energy Limited (ASX: BRK) has provided an update on the drilling operations at the Sabres 2-1-1S-3W SXH1 well in Oklahoma's Anadarko Basin. The well has reached the planned intermediate casing point, with successful cementing and pressure testing. Drilling has resumed through the casing shoe into the curve section, successfully landing it in the Sycamore Formation. The well is now progressing through the lateral section, aiming to reach a target depth of approximately 9,800 feet. Upon completion, production casing will be run and cemented before drilling the next well, Whalers, targeting the Woodford Formation. Brookside holds a 70% working interest in both wells.
