Appointment of MD and Board Transition

Clint Donkin, an experienced mining executive, will lead the company's next stage of growth. Aaron Colleran, the current Managing Director, will transition to the role of Non-Executive Chairman, providing strategic leadership and continuity. Josef El-Raghy, the current Non-Executive Chairman, will retire after nine years of service.
