- Drill results extend gold mineralisation at Main Hill and Gossan Hill
- Mineralisation remains open at depth
- Five rigs on site, with a sixth rig due by the end of July
Pilbara Gold Limited has reported initial results from its 2026 drilling program at the Mt York Gold Project in Western Australia. The drilling has confirmed extensions of gold mineralisation at both Main Hill and Gossan Hill, with mineralisation remaining open at depth. Notable results include 6m @ 3.19g/t Au from 225m at Main Hill and 21m @ 1.42g/t Au from 228m at Gossan Hill. The company is conducting a +50,000m drilling program to increase confidence in the resources ahead of a maiden reserve estimation for the prefeasibility study. With five rigs currently on site and a sixth rig due by the end of July, Pilbara Gold expects to deliver a steady flow of results in the coming months.
Pilbara Gold expects to see continued growth in gold resources as drilling progresses, with a focus on extending mineralisation at depth.
