Adisyn Ltd announced its Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow Report for the period ending 30 June 2026, highlighting several key advancements in its graphene technology development. The company successfully demonstrated continuous graphene layer deposition on a 1cm2 coupon using an industrial Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) system, operating at temperatures below 300°C. This process was independently verified by Associate Professor Rakesh Joshi from UNSW Sydney, confirming its repeatability and uniformity. Adisyn has also secured exclusive, worldwide commercialization rights for graphene-based radar signature reduction technologies for drones and UAVs, and signed an MoU with Raval A.C.S. The company raised A$14 million through an institutional placement and launched an interactive Investor Hub to enhance shareholder engagement. As at 30 June 2026, Adisyn had a strong cash position of A$15.489 million and remained debt-free.
