Connexion Mobility Ltd reported significant growth for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The company achieved record high quarterly revenue of $3.4m, a 12% increase from the prior quarter, driven by subscription-based revenue growth and the acquisition of Hallam Road Automotive. Net Profit Before Tax rose by 83% to $1.1m, and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased by 89% to 0.098 US cents. The company also saw a full quarter of earnings contribution from GM Canada's Enhanced Exposure Program (EEP) and one month of earnings from Hallam Road Automotive. The acquisition of Hallam Road Automotive, a premier automotive service & repair centre in Melbourne, was immediately accretive to Connexion's earnings per share, in the order of approximately 25-35%.
