Aurum Resources Extends BDT2 Gold Beyond Current Resource
- Resource growth potential: Drilling confirms gold mineralisation outside of current MRE boundaries at BDT2; gold system remains open.
- 130,000m drilling planned for CY2026: 16 Aurum-owned diamond drill rigs now operating.
- Next Boundiali MRE update is targeted for end Q3 CY2026.
Aurum Resources (ASX: AUE) announces the latest gold intercepts from an ongoing 100,000m diamond drilling program at its Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The drilling at the BDT2 deposit has intersected gold mineralisation outside the current Mineral Resource, extending the deposit at depth. Key intercepts include 0.61m @ 47.60 g/t Au and 4.46m @ 4.23 g/t Au. Aurum plans to incorporate these results into the next Mineral Resource Estimate update, targeted for the end of Q3 2026. The company is executing an aggressive drilling program with 16 diamond rigs to drive resource growth and economic de-risking at Boundiali and Napié. Aurum's Managing Director highlights the potential for further resource growth and the company's strong financial position.
