Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) has presented the outcomes of its Integrated Burbanks and Munda Scoping Study, which supports the re-establishment of the Burbanks processing facility and the restart of mining at the Munda gold deposit. The study indicates that re-establishing Burbanks provides a pathway to establishing a standalone integrated gold producer. The capital estimate for Burbanks re-establishment is $94.3M, completed to PFS-level accuracy. The study also includes a larger open pit at Munda with a mineral resource estimate of 2.77 Mt at a grade of 1.75 g/t Au for 155,844 ounces. The integrated project is expected to generate a revenue of $812M, with a payback period of 2.3 years and an AISC of $2,843/oz.
